EN: Earmuffs. Operating instructions.
Earmuffs – personal hearing protection devices designed to protect hearing organs from prolonged exposure to >80 dB noise level.
The product complies with the Regulation 2016/425 for personal protective equipment provisions, the Technical Regulation of personal
protective equipment provisions and the EN 352-1 standard.
The set includes: earmuffs (1 pc.), operating instructions (1 pc.) and packaging (1 pc.).
The earmuffs marking includes the model designation (a), EN 352-1 compliance (b), SNR (c), the Technical Regulations of Personal
Protective Equipment compliance (d).
Earmuffs 82-0119 is of «normal size range» comply with EN 352-1, it will fit the majority of wearers.
Materials: PVC – polyvinyl chloride (headband), PE – polyethylene (cups), POM – polyacetal and EPE – foamed polyethylene (cushions
and liner). The average ear-muff weight is 103 g. See table 1 for the product's acoustic characteristics.

Where: H - high-frequency predominance noise, M - medium-frequency predominance noise, L – low-frequency predominance noise,
SNR - noise absorption index.
Please read the instructions carefully before use. Instruction requirements ignoring may cause negative consequences for the user's
health. Perform a detailed inspection for wear signs or other damage to the cups, cushions or headband before use. Replace the earmuffs
with the new ones if damage detected. The earmuff should be well adjusted and securely held on the user's head to ensure adequate
protection.
Regulation:
Open the earmuffs to the maximum open position and put them on so that the headband (3) is on top of the head and the ears are
completely inside the cups (1).
The cushion rim (2) should fit snugly to the head around the auricles. Adjust the height using headband (3) so that it fits on the top of
the head, preventing the cups from sliding off the ears on their own.
Wear earmuffs at all time in noisy surroundings.
When not in use, it is recommended to store earmuff in a clean and dry polybag.
This product may be adversely affected by certain chemical substances (see Care);
Simultaneous use of the product with glasses, fitting of hygiene covers to the cushions, as well as clothing or voluminous hair falling
under the cushions can lead to the earmuff protective properties;
Avoid contact with water. Don't use protective headphones in the rain;
Don't try to modify or repair this product. It can cause the protective properties decreasing;
Materials in contact with the skin may cause allergic reactions for people with sensitive skin. In this case, leave the risk area, remove
the earmuff and seek medical help.
Clean the product with wet wipes in case of contamination. Don't use solvents, oils, aggressive detergents and abrasives. Cushions can
be disinfected with sodium hypochlorite solution if necessary.
Transportation in original packing is allowed by any type of closed transport in accordance with the current transportation rules for each
type of transport.
Store in closed warehouses at a temperature from -10°C to +30°C and humidity <80%, away from heating devices. Protect from direct
sunlight, moisture and aggressive environments.
The shelf life is 5 years from the date of manufacture. Service life is limited by the signs of wear or damage appearance. Dispose the used
product in accordance to the current law requirements.
