6. Cleaning and Maintenance
- After Each Use:
- Allow the smoker to cool completely before cleaning.
- Remove ash and any leftover wood chips from the smoking chamber.
- Deep Cleaning:
- Wash the smoker body using warm soapy water; avoid abrasive materials that can damage the coating.
- Storage:
- Store in a dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight.
7. Troubleshooting
- Issue: Smoker not producing smoke.
Solution: Ensure wood chips are dry and sufficiently placed in the smoking chamber. Verify the heat source is properly
lit.
- Issue: Food not infusing with smoky flavor.
Solution: Check that the lid is closed tightly and that the smoker is maintained at a consistent temperature.
