• Read the instructions for use carefully and keep them safe. If you give this
device to other people, please also pass on this manual.
• Only use this device in accordance with the instructions in this
user manual.
• The intended use is described in this manual. The use of any accessory
or attachment or the performance of any operation with this device other
than those recommended in this instruction manual may present a risk
of personal injury.
• Never allow children and people with restricted physical, sensory or
mental capacity or a lack of experience and expertise to use the device.
Children must not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance must
not be done by children.
• This device is intended for domestic or similar use, not for
professional use.
• The user is responsible for accidents or hazards occurring to other people
or their property.

This may become dangerous playing material for children.

The wing nut and set of screws are small parts that could be
swallowed. Keep these parts away from children under the age of
36 months.
USE
• Prior to use, check the device for visible external damage. Never operate
the device if it is damaged.
• Never use the device with any parts of the device missing.
• This device is not a toy and should be kept under strict supervision to
prevent children from using the device as a toy.
• Never allow children to use domestic appliances as toys or without
supervision. Children are unable to judge the hazards associated with
incorrectly using electric appliances.
• Children and pets in the vicinity of the device must always be supervised
by an adult.
WARNING! Do not use the device when people, especially children, or
pets are nearby.
WARNING! There is a risk of flying objects when using the device. This
can result in serious irreversible injury or even risk of death.
WARNING! Always wear protection for eyes and ears when operating
the device.
• To prevent dust irritation, it is advised to wear a face mask.
• Always wear substantial footwear and long trousers when operating
the device.
WARNING! Keep body parts (for example fingers, hair, etc) or
garments away from the rotating parts of the device. If you do not,
this may cause entrapment or injuries from the rotating parts.
• Do not use the device if you are tired, ill or under the influence of alcohol,
drugs or medication.
• Do not hold the device by the blower tube. Always use the handle.
• To prevent unintentional starting, ensure the device is turned o before
attaching the battery pack or moving the device.
• Do not place the device under any mechanical stress.
• Please handle the device carefully. Jolts, impacts or falls, even from a low
height, can damage the device.
• Do not use or store the device in an environment subject to strong static
electricity or magnetic fields.
• Do not use the device in the vicinity of flammable gasses and materials,
such as insecticides, fragrances, lit cigarettes. This may cause electric
shock, burns, fire or damage.
• Do not use the device in the immediate vicinity of heat sources such as
naked flames (hobs, for example).
• Do not expose the device to direct sunlight, heat sources, excessive
humidity or corrosive environments.
