NX25-DDC SERIES 12-24 VOLT DC PUMP POWER CABLE
AND BATTERY CLAMP INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for your purchase. Please follow the steps below to install your power cable kit.
To install this kit, you will need a Phillips head screwdriver and a 3/8" socket wrench.
Step 1. Remove (1) vinyl insulator (red/black/green) off one side of (2) the clamp and over (3) the power cable
wire of the matching color.
Step 2. Orient (3) power cable wire and (4) ring terminal so it will sit flush (5) against (2) the clamp. Slide (4)
the ring terminal through (6) the wire retainer of (2) the clamp until (4) the ring terminal aligns with the
first mounting hole.
Step 3. Insert (7) the screw into first mounting hole from the side of (2) the clamp opposite of (4)
the ring terminal. (7) Screw should continue to pass through the hole of (4) the ring terminal.
Step 4. Fasten (8) the nut to the end of (7) the screw to make a firm and secure
electrical contact between (4) the ring terminal and (2) clamp.
Step 5. Slip insulator back onto the (2) clamp.
Step 6. Repeat steps 1 through 5 to install the remaining clamps to the power cable.
