Desview product warranty card, you can enjoy the following services:
• Desview products are entitled to one year of free warranty and
lifetime free maintenance service starting from the date of
purchase as stated on the invoice.
• During the warranty period, any malfunctions causedby the
product's own quallty issues under normal usage conditions
will be repaired at no cost by our company.
Warranty Explanation:
• If damages are caused due to improper usage or other factors
unrelated to the product's quality, repair fees may be charged
even during the warrantv period (including labor costs, materia
costs, and shipping fees).
• For all-in-one live streaming machine and monitors that are beyond
the warranty period, we offer free technical support and maintenance
consultation if there are technical or quality issues.
• In the event of special circumstances requiring product returns or
exchanges, the product must be well-packaged, with all accessories
included, and in good condition without any deliberate damage.
• If monitors are damaged due to human factors, water damage,
impact-caused screen cracks, or other similar reasons, they will
not be covered by the warranty.
