unforeseeable impacts. However, for maximum protection, the helmet must fit
well, and all retention straps must be securely fastened.
No modifications are allowed but those recommended by the manufacturer.
Any other modification can affect the protection and safety offered by the
helmet.
Helmet subjected toa severe impact should be discarded and

2. Helmet fitting
The Safety Helmet must fit properly to be effective. With a proper fit, the
helmet will not move back and forth or side to side while fastened. To make
the helmet more comfortable or to improve the hold of the helmet on your
head, you can stick the supplied foam pads in the desired position.
3. Fit adjustor
Turn the wheel of rear size adjustment system to get a proper head feeling.
(Diagram A)
4. Retention System
The safety helmet has a quick-release chin buckle that is easy to operate and
can be closed and opened without changing the setting. (See diagram B) The
straps must be tight and evenly tensioned but still comfortable. Place the
helmet firmly on your head and close the buckle. Check whether the strap is
loose. Tighten the loose strap after removing the helmet. To tighten the chin
strap, hold the buckle firmly with one hand. Then pull the excess strap through.
The straps must be adjusted with the cheek buckles so that they do not cover
the ears but lie directly under the ears.
The helmet must sit firmly and straight on your head (see diagram C).
To check the correct tension, put the helmet on and close the buckle. Open
your mouth. You should feel the strap pull against your chin. Then try to pull
the helmet off at the front or back. If the helmet comes off, increase the
tension of the strap and check that the padding is thick enough. The helmet
should not be able to roll forwards or backwards excessively. It should not be
possible to remove the helmet without opening the buckle..
NOTE:
Please check adjustment every time this helmet is worn.
5. Final Check
The important thing to remember is that the helmet fits snugly. If you can tilt it
forward or backward, you need to tighten the strap adjustment.
It is important for the helmet to fit snugly on your head and must be fastened
to
provide maximum protection. The helmet should not be placed too far back
over the back of the head as this leaves the forehead unprotected.
All adjustments should be checked each time the helmet is worn, making sure
that it fits snugly at all times.
6. Caring for Your Helmet
Clean the headgear with mild soap and water only. The use of any solvents,
paints or cleaning solutions can cause damage to the helmet and make it
ineffective in the result of an accident.
7. Keep Helmet Out of Extreme Heat
Helmet will be damaged if exposed to temperatures exceeding 49 C . Dark
vehicles and storage bags can exceed this on very hot days. Heat damaged
helmets will have random disfigured areas where the texture appears bubbly
and uneven. If damaged, helmets should be destroyed and replaced
immediately.
