style work surfaces, wood and/or laminates, are NOT
designed to withstand prolonged heat generated from this
grill. Place a hot pad or trivet under the grill to prevent
possible damage to work surfaces.
25. Do NOT attempt to cut food while it is grilling.
26. Never leave the grill unattended when operating.
