Die von uns vertriebenen Produkte enthalten Software (insb. Firmware), die ganz oder in
Teilen sog. Open Source Software (OSS) enthalten können, die nur unter gesonderten
Lizenzbedingungen zur Verfügung gestellt werden; z.B. den Lizenzbedingungen der GNU
General Public License, Version 2 (GPLv2).
1. Die Lizenzbedingungen der entsprechenden OSS-Lizenzen sind dem Produkt entweder
als Papierausdruck oder in der Datei „License.txt" auf einem Datenträger beigefügt

Betreff klar anzugeben: Anfrage Quellcode. Das Angebot, eine Kopie der Quelldateien zu
erhalten, gilt für drei Jahre ab dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem Sie das Produkt (gemeinsam mit der
embedded software) und/oder die Software selbst erworben bzw. heruntergeladen haben.
3. Da es sich um freie Software handelt, schließen die Entwickler dieser Software die
Haftung - soweit im Rahmen geltender Gesetze zulässig - aus. Die Gewährleistung für die
