With reasonable care, you will be assured of years of use of your device. Do not drop any objects on the heating
elements. Always unplug and allow to cool before cleaning.
NEVER IMMERSE IN WATER or other liquid.
Use a damp soapy cloth or sponge to clean the hob surface, the chrome burner ring, the drip tray and the base.
The sponge or cloth should only be damp without dripping water to prevent water from leaking into the hob.
NEVER USE ABRASIVES OR STEEL WOOLS ON ANY PART OF THE APPLIANCE.
Any maintenance other than cleaning must be performed by an authorized service centre.
NOTE: A short power cord is provided to reduce the risk of personal injury from entanglement or tripping over a
longer cord. If a longer cord is required, extension cords are available at local hardware stores and can be used
with care. If an extension cord is used, the marked electrical rating of the extension cord must be a minimum of
16A, 250V, 3000W. The longer cord should be positioned so that it will not fall over the counter or table top where
children could pull on it or accidentally trip over it, nor should it touch any part of the hob.
 Make sure the device is completely cooled down and dry.
 Do not wrap the cord around the appliance, this will cause damage.
 Keep the appliance in a cool, dry place.
All our products are subject to strict inspection before delivery.
This appliance is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The documents as proof of warranty are:
• The invoice.
• The filled and stamped warranty plate. Without these documents as proof, no free replacement or free repair
can be performed.
During the warranty period, we will handle the defects of the device or accessories free of charge. Resulting from
a defect in material or workmanship through repair or replacement. The services under the warranty do not
extend the warranty period and do not entitle to a new warranty.
In the event of a warranty claim, return the complete device to your retailer, in its original packaging, together with
proof of purchase.
Breaking of glass or plastic parts is not guaranteed in all cases. Defects in the accessories or wearing parts, e.g.
due to coal from engines, hooks, drive belts, replacement of remote control, etc.) as well as cleaning,
maintenance or replacement of wearing parts are not guaranteed and are therefore payable.
In the event of foreign intervention, the guarantee will lapse.
After the warranty period has expired, repairs can be carried out for a fee by a specialist dealer or a repair service.
