Th e temperatur e conversions c anbechanged from Fahrenheit to Celsius pressing theOF / ocbutton on the backof the unit.
Oncechanged, the setting becomes the new default.
To Hold the Current Temperature
From "Normal" mode, press the HOLD button. "HOLD" will appearon the display. To return to normal mode, press the HOLD button again.
To Recall Highest / Lowest Temperatures
From "Norrnal" mode, press MIN / MAX button "MAX" along with the highest temperature, will appearon the display. PressMIN / MAX
button once more to recall the lowest temperature, "MIN" will appear on the display. Press once more to return to normal mode. To
t rese the highestor lowesttemperature, p ressthe MIN/ MAXbutton for 3 secondswhile in MAXor MINmode.Therecord is cleared
when " replaces the temperature reading, after which the unit will show the current temperature. To register highest dish machine
temperature, first clear MIN / MAX, then cycle the unit through a dish machine. Once thermometer is cool enough to safely handle,
recall the highest MAX reading.
Battery Installation / Replacement
n Whe thebatter y needs r eplacing: "ER ROR" along with alowbattery i ndicator "2' icon willbeshown o nthedisplay. To save onbattery
life,there is a f 0 minute automatic shut-off feature. To deactivateor re-activate;press and hold the MIN / MAX button for 3 seconds while
the instrument is in "normal" mode. When deactivated,a
battery door 1/8" turn counter-clockwise with a coin to open.

volver al modo normal. Para resetear Ia temperatura mas alta o mas baja, oprima eI boton MIN / MAX durante 3 segundos mientras
se estä en modo "MAX" o "MIN". El registro se borra cuando "-
unidad mostrarå la temperatura actual. Para registrar la temperatura mås alta de la måquina lavavajillas, primero borre MIN / MAX, y
luego cicle la unidad de la måquina lavavajillas. Una vez que el termåmetro se ha entriado 10suticiente como para tomarlo, llame a la
temperatura MAX mås alta.

pendant 3 secondes sous le mode MAX ou MIN. L'enregistrement est effacé lorsque
cela rappareil montrera la température actuelle. Pour inscrire la température la Plus élevée du lave-vaisselle, effacez d'abord MIN
/ MAX, puis faites cycler l'appareil dans un lave-vaisselle. Lorsque le thermométre est assez frais pour le manipuler sans danger,
ramenez le relevé MAX le plus élevé.
