Instructions & Warranty for the CALDÌ® bread warmer
Thank you for having purchased the Caldì® bread warmer.
We hope that the design and features of this product will fully satisfy your expectations for
many years to come. Before using the bread warmer, carefully read the instructions
and keep them for future reference.
Caution
This product is destined exclusively for the use for which it has been
designed, i.e. as a bread / bakery product warmer. All other uses are considered
improper and thus dangerous. Consequently, AXEL s.r.l. will not be liable for any damage
to property, animals or persons deriving from improper, incorrect or unreasonable use.

The surfaces of the appliance will heat up during use.
Important
Ensure that your mains voltage corresponds to that stamped shown on the plate of the
appliance before use.
- The bread warmer only works on the base provided.
- Check that the plug is inserted in an earthed socket.
- In case of incompatibility of the socket and the plug of the appliance, use single or
multiple earthed adaptors complying with the current safety regulations.
- This appliance is for domestic use only.
- lt must only be used to warm bread and bakery products. Never use the appliance to
heat liquids, frozen foods or plastic-wrapped foods.
- The bread warmer must only be used on stable, flat and dry surfaces.
- Never let the lead hang down from the worktop. Keep the appliance out of the reach
of children.
- The base, bread warmer and lead must never come into contact with hot surfaces (e.g.
dishes just taken out of the oven).
- In the case in which the empty bread warmer should be switched on accidentally, the
temperature will be automatically limited by the PTC element.
- The steel base of the bread warmer is the principal area that heats up
during use. Consequently, avoid direct contact with it.
Use the upper rim to transport it to the table.
- Periodically check the state of wear of the electrical lead. If damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, an authorised service centre or a similarly qualified
person in order to avoid any hazards.
- Do not use the appliance if it displays any defects. Incorrect repairs or those carried
out by unqualified persons may cause damage and injury to users.
This product complies with the current regulations and legal requirements for the safety of
appliances. In particular, this appliance complies with the requirements of the Electromagnetic
Compatibility (EMC) Directive 89/336/EEC and the Low Voltage Directive 73/23/EEC.
