Touch-free plastic dispenser
for 1 L collapsible bottles
First of all, we would like to thank you for choosing a PGP dispenser.
General Information
Please read these instructions carefully before use and assembly and keep them
in a safe place so that you can access them in the future. This user manual
contains the necessary information for the correct use, handling and cleaning of
the dispenser.
a) Intended Use
The electronic dispenser has been designed and manufactured for automatic
dispensing of a single dose of skin-protection, skin-cleansing, skin-care product
or disinfectant manufactured by Peter Greven Physioderm GmbH whenever the
user's hand approaches the capacitive sensor.
b) Unintended Use
Anything not expressly stated in section a) is considered to be an UNINTENDED
USE.
The manufacturer is not responsible for accidents that cause damage to
property, persons or the device itself through improper use of the dis-
penser.
Assembly
1. Opening of the Dispenser
Open the dispenser by pressing the button and pulling down the cover to the
front.
2. Fixing
Use the screws and plugs enclosed to fi x the dispenser on the wall (fi gure 2a).
For this purpose, temporarily remove the battery case including the dispenser
base by pressing the small square clip in the center above the battery case and
sliding the entire unit (battery case and dispenser base) upwards.
Use the supplied mounting kit for fi xing the dispenser. Drilling diameter needed:
6 mm.
As an alternative, the dispenser can be attached to the wall using the three
adhesive moldings also included in the delivery. For best results, place them as
marked in fi gure 2b.
Recommended height: approx. 100 to 110 cm from ground to the lower edge
of the dispenser.
Caution: Do not place or mount any objects within 20 cm of the
capacitive sensor.
3. Inserting the Batteries
Open the battery case and insert four high-quality LR20 batteries (type D). These
are not included in the delivery. Close the battery case.
4. Preparation of the Collapsible Bottle
Use the collapsible bottle with disposable pump only. Remove the cap. The
pump is securely screwed on.
Do not pull out the pump or unscrew, correct function will not be guaran-
teed otherwise.
5. Inserting the Collapsible Bottle
Insert the collapsible bottle into the dispenser with the pump facing down and
the label facing to the front.
Changing Bottles
In order to remove the empty bottle, release the bottle with the pump by pulling
it to the front and lift it out. Insert the new bottle as described above. The empty
collapsible bottle, including the pump, can be disposed of in the normal plastic
waste. Highly recyclable plastics such as PE and PP are used.
6. Closing the Dispenser
Swing the cover upwards and close the dispenser until the lock clicks into place.
Depending on the operational area, the VARIOMAT ®
secured with a key.
7. Operating the Dispenser
In order to test the correct functionality by ensuring that the pump is priming,
place one hand under the dispenser several times until the product is dispensed.
If the product is not dispensed immediately, wait a moment and try again later.
High viscosity products, unless stored upside down, may need to fl ow a little before
the pump works properly.
Under no circumstances should the bottle be punctured or cut open!
LED Status Indication
LED lights up blue twice when activated = full functionality
LED lights up blue when closing the dispenser = OK
LED lights up blue every 3.5 seconds = Please replace the batteries.
Procedure in Case of Malfunction or Defect:
If an unforeseen malfunction occurs, please try the following:
• Please ensure that new batteries were inserted into the dispenser.
• Make sure that the polarity of the inserted batteries is correct.
• The dispenser may not be closed completely.
If you cannot solve the problem, please contact the manufacturer.
Cleaning and Maintenance
For the removal of dust and any residues, the use of a damp cloth is recommended.
Further special measures are not required
Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaning agents. The cleaning agents
must be suitable for being used on plastics.

Zuerst möchten wir Ihnen danken, dass Sie sich für einen Spender von PGP entschie-
den haben.
Allgemeiner Hinweis
Bitte lesen Sie diese Anleitung vor Gebrauch und Montage aufmerksam durch und
bewahren Sie diese an einem sicheren Ort auf, sodass Sie auch in Zukunft darauf zu-
greifen können. Die Gebrauchsanweisung enthält die notwendigen Informationen
zum korrekten Gebrauch, der Handhabung und der Reinigung des Geräts.
a) Vorgesehene Verwendung
Der elektronische Spender wurde für die automatische Dosierung einer einzelnen
Portion Hautschutz-, Hautreinigungs-, Hautpfl ege- oder Händedesinfektionsmittel
der Peter Greven Physioderm GmbH bei jeder Annäherung der Hand des Benutzers
an den kapazitiven Sensor entwickelt und hergestellt.
b) Nicht vorgesehene Verwendung
Alles, was nicht unter a) ausdrücklich angegeben ist, wird als NICHT VORGESEHENE
VERWENDUNG betrachtet.
Der Hersteller ist nicht verantwortlich für Unfälle, die durch unsachgemä-
ßen Gebrauch des Gerätes Schäden an Sachen, an Personen oder an dem
Gerät verursachen.
Montage
1. Gehäuse öffnen
Gehäuse durch Herunterdrücken des Druckknopfes öffnen und nach vorn herunter-
klappen.
2. Befestigung
Der Spender wird mit Dübeln und Schrauben montiert (Abbildung 2a). Hierzu das
Batteriefach inkl. Flaschenaufnahme vorübergehend entfernen. Dafür den Clip in
der Mitte oberhalb des Batteriefachs drücken und die gesamte Einheit (Batteriefach
und Flaschenaufnahme) nach oben schieben und herausnehmen.
Verwenden Sie zur Montage den beiliegenden Befestigungssatz. Erforderlicher
Bohrer-Durchmesser: 6 mm.
Alternativ kann der Spender mit den drei ebenfalls im Lieferumfang enthaltenen
Klebeformteilen an der Wand befestigt werden. Für ein bestmögliches Resultat
platzieren Sie diese wie in Abbildung 2b markiert. Empfohlene Höhe: ca. 100 bis
110 cm vom Boden bis zur Unterkante des Gerätes.
Achtung: Keine Gegenstände innerhalb von 20 cm unter den kapazitiven
Sensor legen oder montieren.
3. Einsetzen der Batterien
Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach und setzen Sie vier hochwertige LR20-Batterien (Typ D)
ein. Diese sind nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten. Schließen Sie das Batteriefach.
4. Variofl asche vorbereiten
Verwenden Sie die Variofl asche mit Einwegpumpe. Entfernen Sie die Schutzkappe.
Die Pumpe ist gesichert aufgeschraubt.
Bitte die Pumpe nicht herausziehen oder abschrauben, da sonst die Funktion
nicht mehr gewährleistet werden kann.
5. Einsetzen der Variofl asche
Variofl asche mit der Pumpe nach unten und dem Etikett nach vorne in den Spender
einsetzen.
Flaschenwechsel
Entleerte Variofl asche nach vorne aus der Arretierung lösen und entnehmen. Neue
Variofl asche einsetzen, wie oben beschrieben. Die entleerte Variofl asche kann ein-
schließlich der Pumpe im normalen Kunststoff-Müll entsorgt werden. Es werden sehr
gut recycelbare Kunststoffe wie PE und PP verwendet.
6. Spender schließen
Schließen Sie den Spender, indem Sie das Gehäuse nach oben klappen, bis das
Schloss einrastet. Der Spender kann je nach Einsatzgebiet auch mit einem Schlüssel
gesichert werden.
