Guarantee
AVC warrants the machine you have purchased from AVC, or from a AVC Authorized
Reseller, is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the
warranty period of 12 months. The warranty period commences on the date of purchase..
During the warranty period, AVC will, at its option, repair Products or replace defective parts
with new parts or used parts that are equivalent to new parts in function and performance.
This Guarantee shall not cover any fault or defect caused by:
a) faulty installation arising e.g. from failure to observe the instructions of AVC
b) malfunctioning caused by misuse, abuse or damage (even if accidental), including transit
damage, Improper installation and weather
c) the use of non-AVC parts, and service or modification by persons not so authorised by AVC
d) parts liable to wear and tear, for example: sealing wire, upper and lower teflon, knife,
siliconerubber, profilerubber, etc. Please ask for Repair-kit Code for RK.SMS.350.S;
RK.SMS.500.S; RK.SMS.700.S; RK.SMS.1000.S; RK.SMS.1200.S; RK.SMS.1400.S, according to
