Starting 'Program b'
'Program b' cannot be started before the incubator has reached the set
temperature (approx. 15 - 20 min to reach 80 °C (176 °F)).
• Press 'Start/Stop' to start 'Program b'. The 'Running' indicator lights
constantly. The incubator will automatically incubate the samples for
10 min at 80 °C (176 °F) followed by continuous incubation at 64 °C
(147.2 °F) or other set temperature and time.

• At the end of the incubation time the incubator sounds an alert signal
and the 'Running' indicator turns off.
• To stop 'Program b' during incubation, press and hold 'Start/Stop' for
3 s.
8. Cleaning
• Before cleaning, switch the incubator off, pull power plug and let cool
down to room temperature.
• If the instrument gets dirty, clean it with a dry cloth.
• The wells in the block should be cleaned with a dry cloth or tissue. Do
not use water or any other liquids.
