POWER SUPPLY
The PRO.05XXS speed controller can be used with 3 cells Ni-Cd / Ni-MH or 1 cell Li-on /
Lipo. (Operate range: 2,7 to 4V)
SETTING OF THE SPEED CONTROLLER
• Connect the speed controller with BEC-system to the receiver
• Connect the speed controller with BEC-system to the motor
• Turn on the transmitter
• Connect the battery pack to the speed controller
• Arming of the speed controller: 1) Keep the throttle stick to stop position. 2) Put the
throttle stick to full position. 3) Come back to the stop position. Now the speed con-
troller is ready. Necessary before every use.
SAFETY CONDITIONS
• Always fi rst switch on the transmitter before switching on the controller and/or con-
necting the power battery.
• Hold the model up as if the screw was already turning, this is a precaution for if the
motor inadvertently switches on.
• Make sure the control stick of the transmitter is in the brake position so the motor
cannot start inadvertently.
• Make sure no one else is using the same frequency as this can cause dis tur banc es.
• The screw must be free of all obstacles.
• After landing fi rst switch off the receiver and/or disconnect the power battery before
switching off the transmitter.
Because your controller is equipped with a BEC system, you may not connect an
extra receiver battery to your receiver.
