INSTALLATION SEQUENCE
NOTE: LEDSTRIP IP must only be cut at the marked
cut points (scissor diagram on strip).
1. Assemble connector A on to the end of the strip
which is to be connected to the power supply.
a. Ensure the silicone pad is located inside the
connector (the connector is normally supplied
with the pad already fitted).
b. Fit the connector over the end of the
LEDSTRIP IP, with the + mark on the
connector aligned with the + mark on the IP
strip.
c. Place the two spacers over the two screws
(see diagram below)
d. Fit the screws into the holes inside the
connector and firmly tighten them.

2. Apply a little silicone into the end cap, and firmly
press it on to the other end of the LEDSTRIP IP.
3. Secure the LEDSTRIP IP into the desired location.
4. Ensure a silicone pad is attached to the end of the
connector 6x12 (see diagram below).
5. Plug the connector 6x12 into the connector A,
ensuring that all + marks are aligned.

6. Connect the brown + and blue - wires to a
Collingwood 24V DC power supply. Extend the
cable as necessary to do this (refer to table
overleaf for maximum cable lengths).
Multiple pieces of LEDSTRIP IP can be connected
together using straight, L shape, T shape or X shape
connectors. Assembly of these connectors is similar
to above. Ensure all terminated ends of LEDSTRIP IP
are fitted with end caps as in 2 above.

1. Assemblez le connecteur A à l'embout du ruban
qui devra être relié à l'alimentation.
a. Assurez-vous que le silicone soit bien situé
dans le connecteur (le silicone est normale-
ment inséré dans le connecteur).
b. Placez le connecteur sur le bout du
LEDSTRIPIP, le + du connecteur devant être
aligné avec le + du ruban.
c. Enfilez les 2 entretoises dans les vis comme
indiqué sur le schéma ci-dessous.
d. Placez les vis dans les trous à l'intérieur du
connecteur et resserrez fermement.

2. Appliquez un peu de silicone sur l'embout de
terminaison et placez-le fermement sur l'autre
extrémité du ruban.
3. Placez le ruban à l'endroit désiré.
4. Assurez-vous que le silicone soit bien attaché au
connecteur 6x12 (voir schéma ci-dessous).
5. Branchez le connecteur 6x12 au connecteur A en
vous assurant que les + soient bien alignés.

6. Connectez les fils marron + et bleu - à une
alimentation 24V DC de Collingwood. Rallongez
les fils autant que nécessaire pour y parvenir (se
référer au tableau ‹‹longueur de câble›› au verso).
Plusieurs longueurs de rubans peuvent être
connectés ensemble en utilisant des connecteurs
T, X ou L et en suivant les instructions ci-dessous.
Assurez-vous que les embouts soient placés comme
décrit en point 2.

ANMERKUNG: LEDSTRIPIP nur an den markierten
Stellen durchschneiden
(Scherensymbol auf dem Streifen).
1. Verbinder A an der Seite des Streifens
anbringen, die an das Vorschaltgerät angeschlos-
sen werden soll.
a. Sicherstellen, dass das Silikonstück im
Verbinder ist (bei der Lieferung befindet sich
das Silikonstück normalerweise bereits
im Verbinder).
b. Verbinder auf das Ende des LEDSTRIPIP
stecken, sodass sich das + auf dem Verbinder
mit dem + auf dem IP-Streifen deckt.
c. Beide Abstandhalter auf die zwei Schrauben
stecken (siehe Abb. unten).
d. Schrauben in die Öffnungen im Verbinder
stecken und festschrauben.

2. Etwas Silikon in die Endkappe geben und fest auf
das andere Ende des LEDSTRIPIP drücken.
3. LEDSTRIPIP in der gewünschten Position
platzieren.
4. Sicherstellen, dass ein Silikonstück am Ende des
Verbinders Connec6x12 befestigt ist (s. Abb. unten).
5. Connec6x12 in den Verbinder A stecken und
sicherstellen, dass sich die +-Zeichen decken.

6. Das braune + und das blaue - Kabel an ein
Collingwood 24 V DC-Vorschaltgerät anschließen.
Kabel falls erforderlich verlängern (siehe
umseitige Tabelle für maximale Kabellängen).
Mehrere LEDSTRIPIP-Stücke können mittels
L-förmigen, T-förmigen oder X-förmigen Anschlüssen
verbunden werden. Installation dieser Verbinder
ähnlich wie oben. Sicherstellen, dass alle Endstücke
des LEDSTRIPIP mit Endkappen versehen wurden
(Punkt 2 oben).
