4. Intended use
The InLine® USB-C Universal Mini Docking Station is a small dock which is particularly suitable for mobile
devices such as smartphones and tablets because of its compact design. While connected to peripherals, the
smartphone or tablet is plugged into a holder which, in addition to a high working comfort, also allows charging
the battery. The docking station has two USB-A slots, an USB-C slot, and an HDMI output that supports up to
4k resolution. Please note that your device must support the USB-C Alternate Mode to send image and audio
signals via HDMI. The power supply to the dock is provided by the included 50 watt power supply (20V /
2.5A).

5. Improper use
As improper use within the meaning of foreseeable misuse obtains:
� Do not disassemble the InLine® USB-C docking station.
� Only operate the docking station in dry indoor room and do not expose the docking station to direct
sunlight, extreme temperatures or dampness.
6. Use

Connect the device to the "USB-C IN" port of docking station by using the included USB-C cable.
Please note that HDMI output is only possible in Alternate mode and your device must support this
mode. If your device does not have the necessary USB-C port, you cannot use the HDMI output.
However, you can use an adapter to use the remaining USB ports. See "Accessories" in this manual for
adapter cables.

Connect the power supply to the provided slot. The power supply allows the battery of your device to
be charged during operation.

Connect peripherals to the remaining connectors as required. In total, you can use two USB-A
connectors, an USB-C connector and an HDMI slot.

Disconnect the power supply after using the docking station.
