Children's playhouse Assembly and safety instructions
1. The purpose of this manual
The information has been compiled to ensure the
safety of playing children.
Please read the instructions carefully and follow
the instructions before setting up and using the
playhouse.
Only use the product as described and for the speci-
fied areas of use. Any other use or modification of the
product is not permitted and may result in injury and/
or damage to the product.
IMPORTANT
Keep these instructions for future reference. When
passing the product on to third parties, also hand over
all documents.
2. General description of the children's
playhouse
CAUTION! For domestic use only.
The children's playhouse was designed
exclusively for use in private areas. Designed for
outdoor play.
The product is not intended for commercial use.
The children's playhouse is made of smooth, flattened
wooden boards.

4. Scope of delivery
Immediately after unpacking, check that the scope of
delivery is complete and that the product and all parts
are in perfect condition. Never assemble the product
if the scope of delivery is not complete.

ATTENTION: Please read these assembly
instructions carefully. Assembly must be
carried out exactly according to the manufacturer's
instructions, otherwise incorrect assembly can lead
to a safety risk.
• Assembly and installation may only be carried out
by adults!
• Assembly should be carried out very carefully to
ensure strength and stability.
• When assembling, ensure that all parts are first
loosely connected and only tightened at the end.
To assemble the children's playhouse, please look
for a level place that allows the playhouse to stand
stably.
6. Maintenance
CAUTION! To ensure the safety of children playing
in the playhouse, you must check the playhouse
regularly.
• Carry out maintenance on the playhouse at the
beginning of each season and regularly during the
season of use.
• All inspections may only be carried out by adults.
• If the playhouse is defective, it must not be used by
children until it has been repaired.
• Tighten the screws if necessary so that everything
is tight and nothing wobbles.
• Check the degree of wear and tear on the play-
house.
• Look for signs of decomposition and corrosion.
• Check the covers for screws and sharp edges and
replace them if necessary.
• Replace defective parts according to the
manufacturer's instructions.
• From time to time, the playhouse should be re-
treated with a suitable, safe varnish.
• Wood is a natural product, so slight changes in
colour and shape are possible
• For storage in winter, we recommend a dry place
with air circulation.
• After storage, check the playhouse for signs of
decay, corrosion and damage.

Safety rules
• Remove the packaging, as children could be endan-
gered by the film packaging supplied (choking
hazard).
• The children's playhouse should be assembled in
the absence of children, as the screws etc. supplied
can be dangerous if swallowed.
• Explain to the children how to use the playhouse
correctly and never leave them unattended while
playing.
• Check the wooden parts of the playhouse from
time to time for worn or damaged areas and
smooth them out again with sandpaper.

• Set up on a level surface at least 2 metres away
from other structures or obstacles such as fences,
garages, houses, overhanging branches, washing
lines, electrical cables, etc.
• There should be a safety zone of 2 metres around
the playhouse consisting of grass or soft sand to
protect playing children in the event of a fall.
• Under no circumstances should there be concrete,
stones or other hard surfaces in this safety zone.
• Remove all sharp objects, broken glass or stones
from the area around the playhouse.
• Ensure that children playing within 2 metres of the
playhouse are not at risk.
• Never walk on the roof.
• The playhouse has no floor, make sure that
dangerous objects or similar are removed from the
playhouse.

A damp cloth is suitable for cleaning the children's
playhouse.

9. Storage
• Always store the product in a dry, clean and frost-
free place when not in use for long periods.
• To extend the service life of this product, it must
be covered or protected in heavy rain and strong
sunlight.
• Secure the product in extreme weather condi-
tions, e.g. in strong winds. Store the product in a
sheltered area.
10. Disposal
The packaging is made of environmen-
tally friendly materials. Dispose of it in
the local recycling bins.
You can find out how to dispose of the used product
from your local authority.
Observe the labelling of the packaging
materials when separating waste; these are
marked with abbreviations (a) and numbers (b) with
the following meaning: 1-7: Plastics/20-22: Paper and
cardboard/80-98: Composite materials.
