Batteries
1. Caution - risk of explosion in case of improper replacement of the batteries.
2. Replace only with the same or equivalent type of battery (rechargeable batteries).
3. Batteries may not be exposed to excessive heat or the like as fire. The batteries could explode.
4. Always use the correct battery size and the correct battery type.
5. Change all batteries of a set at the same time.
6. Before inserting the batteries clean the battery contacts and the contacts in the product.
7. Ensure that the batteries are inserted correctly. Make sure the polarity ( + and - ) is correct.
8. Remove exhausted batteries from the product and dispose them in a designated recyclingcontainer.
Removal of batteries
1. If the batteries are exhausted and can no longer be charged, replace them with an equivalent type of battery.
2. Unscrew the product using the supplied wrench.
3. Remove the six screws around the solar pane. Also remove also 2 screws on the board, which contains the LEDs.
4. Force open the black plate on the cap upwards. On the bottom you find the holder for the batteries.
5. Remove the batteries from the holder and dispose it properly. Use only batteries of the same type and take care of the correct polarity.
6. Screw up the article again. Make sure that all bolts are tight.
3. Build up and Installation
Unpacking and checking
1. Take the product and its accessories carefully out of the packaging.
2. Check the package content for damage and / or completeness. If the package content is incomplete or damaged, do not switch the product on.
Bring it back to the place where you bought the product..
3. If you dispose the packaging materials, please adhere to the legal regulations.
4. Keep the packaging material if you want to pack, ship or transport the product. Store it in a way that it shows no danger potential.
Warning - suffocation danger!
The packaging material is not a toy. children can choke on plastic bags, foils and polystyrene. Therefore keep packaging material away from children.

4. Operation

Note - Before the first use, unscrew the article using the wrench. Remove the strip which is located
between the battery and the contact of the pole by pulling it out (3). Screw shut the product and place
the product in direct sunlight to fully charge the batteries.
Switch on the product
1. Press the on / off button to turn on the product and manually adjust each color mode (also see the
section Selecting Color Mode).
2. The lamp automatically switches on at dusk and automatically turns off at dawn.
Note - When the batteries are exhausted, the product will automatically switch off to avoid damage to
the batteries and the article.
In daylight, the batteries will automatically recharge.
Placing the product
1. On the floor (4): insert the earth spike into the holder in the cap of the
article. Then insert the earth spike into a soft ground (left picture).
2. On the water (5): the product is buoyant. Make sure that the
cap is firmly closed at all times (right picture).
Note - Make sure that the product is placed into the sun, so that the
batteries can be fully recharged in daylight.
