1. Overshoot clamp kit

The output choke limits the motor voltage dU/dt on the motor terminals to <500V/

clamp limits, in combination with the necessary output choke, the voltage at U2, V2 and W2 to 100V

max. above the DC-Link voltage.

NOTE: The option DC+/DC- is required to be able to connect the Overshoot clamp in frame

sizes B to F and C2 to F2.

The overshoot clamp kit includes:

1 pc - Overshoot clamp unit

2 pcs - DC Fuse holder (with fuses) including DIN rail

2 pcs - cables for connection between DC Fuses and PEBB

G and up.

The overshoot clamp kit includes:

1 pc - Overshoot clamp unit

2 pcs - DC Fuse holder (with fuses) including DIN rail

1 pc - mounting plate for DC-fuse holder

2 pcs - cables for connection between DC Fuse holder and PEBB DC+/DC-

2 pcs - Screws M6 x 10 for connecting the cables to the DC terminals on the PEBB.

Data sheet / Instruction • Verbinden Sie die Overshoot Clamp mit den Motorkabeln, wie im Diagramm in Fig. 3 auf Zeite 4 abgebildet, (Beispiel mit 2 PEBBs). Die Schutzart ist IP20. Die Verwendung flammhemmender Kabel wird empfohlen, min. 4 mm mit Geflechtschlauch.
