Product installation steps
1. Hold the ball pin down and insert rod into the hole of the roller unit.
2. Attach the EVA foam pads and fix them onto the elbow supporters.
3. Hold down the ball pin and insert the elbow supports onto the rod.
4. Press ball pin, align the armrest with the tubes and insert it. The ball pin will pop out and lock
it in place.
5. Attach the timer and the installation is complete.
Timer settings
1. press the "START/STOP(ST/SP)" key to start the timer.
2. press any key to stop the timer, while pressing "MIN(M) ""SEC(S) "to zero.
3. press "MIN(M)" time [minutes] to set, press "SEC (S)" time [seconds] to set.
4. press the "START/STOP(ST/SP)" button to start the countdown.
5. press any key to stop the timer, while pressing "MIN(M)" "SEC(S)" to zero.
