8 REPLACEABLE MASSAGE HEADS
Massage head installation: Push the massage head firmly into the
connection point. Make sure it has locked in place.
Remove head by firmly pulling it off the gun.
CAUTION. Do not start the device without massage head in place.
BALL HEAD
Most universal head
can be used for large
muscle groups such
as quads, hamstrings,
traps and upper back.
FORK HEAD
Use it for massaging
smaller and slimmer
muscle regions such
as the Achilles or
along the spine.
SHOVEL HEAD
Dense muscle groups
and ligaments.
THUMB HEAD

POWER ON/OFF

Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the device.
Speed level and battery indicators light up. There are four LED battery
indicators:
• Four LEDs are on – 100%
• Three LEDs are on – 75%
• Two LEDs are on – 50%
• One LED is on – 25% (When flashing, immediately charge the device.)
SELECT SPEED SETTING
Keep pressing the ON/OFF button to switch between four available
speed levels:
Number of LEDs
One LED is on
Two LEDs are on
Three LEDs are on
Four LEDs are on
Five LEDs are on
Five LEDs flash alternately
Note: The appliance will shut down automatically when it works
continuously for 10 minutes. It is recommended to use the appliance
after a short rest.

BLOCKING FUNCTION

When the device is operating, press the head firmly with one hand and
keep it in that position for about 5 seconds to block the device - motor
stops working, the device enters standby mode (LED battery and mode
indicators are on). To resume operation, press the ON/OFF button. After
5 minutes in standby mode, the device automatically turns off.
