System requirements
Compatible with Windows 10 (32/64-bit), Windows 8 (32/64-bit)/
Windows 7 (32/64-bit)/Vista (32/64-bit)/XP.
Installation
1. Turn off/deactivate the anti-virus program.
2. Connect the Bluetooth adaptor to a vacant USB port on your
computer.
3. The computer will detect
and install the drivers
automatically.
4. The Bluetooth adaptor
will appear in your
Device Manager as
"Bluetooth Radios"
when the computer has
located it.
The connection sequence below is for Windows 7
1. Open the Bluetooth
settings in
the notification area.

- Activate the pairing mode on the Bluetooth device that you
wish to connect to (e.g. headset). Read the instruction manual
of your device for details about how to activate the pairing mode.
- Then select Add a Bluetooth device.
2. When a new
Bluetooth device has
been detected, it
will appear on a list
with a designation
and an icon.
Select the Bluetooth
device that you wish to
pair with the Bluetooth
adaptor and then click
on Next.
3. If you are asked to enter a code, enter the code written in manual
of the device you wish to connect (e.g. headset).
4. When the new device
has been paired with
the Bluetooth adaptor
this message will
appear:
5. If you have paired
an audio device,
speaker or headset,
you should check that
the device is selected
as the default device
in Audio/Playback.
Maybe even in Audio/
Recording.
Troubleshooting guide
The receiver Some computers will install the device as
does not work. "CSR-Bluetooth Chip" which will cause the
receiver to be non-functional.
To correct this, do the following:
1. Open the Device Manager by right clicking
on Computer in the start menu and select
Properties.
2. Right click CSR Bluetooth Chip and select
Update driver software.
3. Select Browse my computer for driver
software.
4. Select Let me pick from a list of device
drivers on my computer.
5. Select Generic Bluetooth Radio and click
on the Next button.
6. The Generic Bluetooth radio driver will be
installed. The Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator
will also be installed automatically. Wait until
the process is complete.
7. You will now see a Bluetooth icon in
the notification area if the device has been
correctly installed.
Disposal
This product should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
If you are unsure how to proceed, contact your local council.
