1 . I N T R O D U C T I O N
The range of Z2 EX UPSs provides electrical protection for multimedia and computer
entertainment equipment.
Equipped with 6 FR/SCHUKO sockets, the Z2 EX UPS simultaneously protects all
equipment against electrical disturbances: 3 emergency sockets provide up to 15 minutes*
of battery time (depending on the model and connected load) to the connected devices in
the event of a power failure and 3 protected sockets protect the devices against lightning
and overvoltages. Z2 EX allows protection of the telephone/fax/ADSL line with its RJ11/45
connectors. The UPS has a HID USB port that provides two modes of viewing the UPS
status.
- Easy battery detection via the computer's operating system using the HID protocol (no
prior download required).
- Detailed remote management of the UPS from a computer using Power Master
monitoring software (alerts, automatic shut down, etc.).
Its compact design allows it to be integrated into a private multimedia space.

Transportation
1. Please transport the UPS system only in the original package to protect against shock
