1. Installation
A. Hardware Installation
Before you start please check as follows:
Windows 2000, XP(32/64bit), Vista(32/64bit) or Windows 7
(32/64 bit) has been installed in your system and is
running properly.
Any other sound card was deinstalled and the software
completely removed.
If your system has Sound On Board please deinstall the
sound card completely, remove the software and deactivate
the sound card in BIOS. For more information please check
the manual of your motherboard or contact the
manufacturer of your motherboard.
Turn off your computer and disconnect all power cords.
4. Remove the case of your computer. (Refer to your PC 's
manual for more details.)
5. Plug the Sound Card into any free 32 bit expansion PCI
slot of your motherboard and fix it with a screw in your
computer.
6. Connect the audio cable of your CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive
with the CD-IN socket of the Sound Card. You can connect
another device with the AUX-IN socket of your Sound Card.
7. Put the computer cover case on and reconnect the power
cords.
B. Software Installation

1. After starting your operating system the "Hardwareupdate
Assistant" will show up. Please choose „Cancel".
2. Please insert the driver CD.
3. The installation starts automatically. Should the CD not
start automatically please start it manually by double-
click on the symbol for your CD-ROM drive.
4. Please follow the instruction
5. The Driver will install
6. To finish the installation please restart your computer.
Confirm with „Ok".
7. The installation is now completed..
