2. Ensure that the unit is at the "0" setting, then plug in the power
source.
3. Hold the mixer and place the attached beaters or dough hooks
in the bowl. Set the speed selector to your desired speed. There
are 6 speed settings to be selected. When kneading yeast dough,
suggesting to select the speed selector by lower speed and then by
higher speed to achieve the best results. The mixer will run at the
highest speed when pressing turbo button.
WARNING: Do not stick knife, metal spoons, fork and so on into
bowl while operating.
4. After mixing the food stop turn the speed selector to "0" setting and
take the plug out of the power outlet.
5. Take off the beater or dough hook by pressing the eject button.
Note: This product has a Turbo button. Avoid running the motor
continuously in this mode for period over 30 seconds.
PRODUCT CLEANING:
Always disconnect the appliance from the power outlet before
cleaning. Wash the beaters and Doug hook immediately after use
either with warm/sudsy water or in the dishwasher. Wipe off the motor
unit with a damp cloth- do not immerse in water.
NOTE: Do not use chemical, steel, wooden or abrasive cleaners to
clean the unit to prevent the gloss loss.
