charging uses magnetic induction, your phone case should NOT be too
thick (less than 2mm) or have any metal or magnetic materials.
Do not place metal objects on top of the product when power is applied.
Please consult your mobile phone manufacturer before using an external
wireless charging receiver.
Unauthorized disassembly of any parts of this surge protector is forbidden
and will void the warranty.
Troubleshooting
When your phone can not be wireless charged, please remove your phone
and re-position it.
When the charging temperature is high, please remove your phone and
re-position it.
When your phone can not be wireless charged, please try disconnecting
the power for 2 seconds and then re-power it.
