- Seite 4 INTRODUCTION This drill stand is designed to mount diamond core drilling motors by using a suitable motor mounting plate. A standard 4 bolt (+2) motor mounting plate is included with this stand. The drill stand guides the motor and diamond core bit so that it is possible to drill perfectly straight cuts in a safe and controlled manner. The stand is also able to slant so that holes may be cored at an angle as required.
- Seite 5 This motor mounting plate now acts as a secure and accurate Motor Mount (quick-release) coupling between the motor and the drill stand. To install the motor head unit to the drill stand, pull the cradle lock shaft out until it stops. The pins of the motor mounting plate fit in the hooks in the stand's cradle and the plate is rotated into the slot in the cradle.

- Seite 10 EINLEITUNG Dieser Bohrständer ist für die Montage von Diamantkernbohrmotoren unter Verwendung einer geeigneten Motormontageplatte vorgesehen. Eine Standard-Motorbefestigungsplatte mit 4 Schrauben (+2) ist im Lieferumfang dieses Ständers enthalten. Der Bohrständer führt den Motor und die Diamantbohrkrone so, dass es möglich ist, perfekt gerade Schnitte auf sichere und kontrollierte Weise zu bohren. Der Ständer kann auch schräg gestellt werden, so dass Löcher je nach Bedarf in einem Winkel gebohrt werden können.
- Seite 11 MONTAGE DES MOTORS AM BOHRSTÄNDER Die Motorbefestigungsplatte des Bohrständers muss mit dem Motorhalterung (Schnellspanner) Bohrmotor verschraubt werden. Der Befestigungszapfen muss fest in den Schlitz auf der Rückseite des Bohrmotors passen, dann ziehen Sie die vier (oder 6) Schrauben gleichmäßig an. (Wenn die letzten beiden Löcher nicht mit den Löchern im Bohrmotor übereinstimmen, reichen die 4 Schrauben völlig aus, um den Motor zu halten).

- Seite 13 EINSTELLEN DER BOHRSTÄNDERFÜHRUNG Eine lockere Führung führt dazu, dass der Bohrer unrund läuft, was Einstellbare Rolle zu einer schlechten Leistung und möglicherweise zu Schäden am Achsbolzen (nur linke Seite) Bohrer führt. Wenn sich die Rollen bei arretiertem Schlitten von Hand drehen lassen, sind sie zu locker.
