Brushing teeth
1. Put the brush head in your mouth before pressing the button.
2. Press the brush button to start the main unit.
3. By pressing this button for a longer time (approx. 3 seconds), you can select between the different cleaning speeds:
Low, Medium and High. The selected speed is indicated by a green LED light under the button:
a. Low: The left LED lights up
b. Medium: The middle LED lights up
c. High: The right LED lights up
4. By pressing this button again, you can switch off the device.
Recommendation
For best results, hold the brush head at a 45-degree angle parallel to the gumline. Switch on the toothbrush. Move the
toothbrush slowly and with light pressure along the teeth. This ensures each individual tooth gets cleaned.
Mouthwash
1. Always put the brush head in your mouth before pressing the floss button.
2. Press the floss button to get the water flowing.
3. Bend over the sink and close your mouth so that the water does not splash out, but can run into the sink.
4. Adjust the water pressure by pressing the speed button. Before use, set the water pressure to the lowest level.
Gradually increase the pressure until you reach the desired setting or the setting recommended by your dentist.
The water pressure settings are shown by LEDs under the speed button (level 1-5).
5. Deactivate the water flow by pressing the floss button again.
Use mouthwash and other solutions
The device can also be used together with mouthwash and antibacterial solutions. After using a solution, flush the
appliance to avoid clogging the tubing. For rinsing, replace the solution-and-water mixture in the water tank with
clean tap water. Operate the mouthwash to rinse the hose and brush head with clean water.
Recommendation
For best results, align the brush head so that the water nozzle points slightly towards the gumline. Move the brush
head along the gumline. Pause briefly after each tooth so that the interdental space can be cleaned by the water jet.
Proceed from the molars to the incisors until all teeth in the upper and lower jaw have been cleaned. Then empty the
tank.
Teeth brushing + mouthwash at the same time
1. First place the brush head in your mouth.
2. Press the brush key followed by the floss button.
Using the tongue cleaner
1. Plug the tongue cleaner onto the main unit
2. Turn on the main unit and brush your tongue with a slow and steady forward and backward motion.
3. Rinse your mouth out.
