1. General
The laser distance sensor RHL3 from KA-Sensors gives a contact-free displacement or ride
hight measurement system with high accuracy, a resulution of 0.1mm and real time capability.
The system is very compact and lightweight (90g). The RHL3 is the only available laser distance
gauge with supply voltages down to 5V.
Typical applications are measurement of on-track ride height and
measurement of bodywork torsion and aerodynamic deflection at a moving car. Due to the very
good value for money, the RHL3 are more and more used also by semi-professional racers, as
with highest demands in Formula 1 or Le Mans.
