2. How to install the device on the door
Step 1: Depending on the thickness of the door, select a
suitable screw and then screw it into the hole (Fig. 1).
Step 2: Remove the double-sided adhesive protective film
from the back of the outer part, insert the barrel of the unit
together with the FPC cable through the door peephole, then
stick the outer part on the door (the motion detector is upwards
and the doorbell push button is downwards).
Step 3: Pull out the metal bracket (see "UP" arrow on the
bracket), pass the FPC cable through the rectangular hole,
screw right through the round metal bracket, then lock the metal
bracket with the outdoor unit firmly.
Step 4: Insert the microSD card (not included) into the indoor
unit if using one.
Step 5: Connect the FPC cable from the outside to the
connector on the inside (pay attention to the correct direction).
Step 6: The four slots on the back of the inner part are aligned
with the four protrusions on the metal bracket and buckle.
