ELECTRONIC KITCHEN SCALE
For use and maintenance of the kitchen scales, please read these instructions completely before
operating.

KEY FUNCTION
• Tare/on/off key: Power on, Power off, Tare
OPERATION
• Take out the scale and open up the battery cover, insert the batteries into the battery case.
• Put the scale on a flat steady surface
WEIGHING
1. Below the weight indicator, press "TARE/ON/Off" key to power on, the scale will show zero "0"on
the display after 2 seconds.
2. Place the container on the scales, LCD will show the weight of container.
3. Press the "TARE" key, LCD will display zero. Clear the weight of the container, add the food into
container, the net weight will appear on the display.
4. Press " UNIT" Key, kg/g/lb/oz unit convertible
ERROR DISPLAY
• When the screen shows "LO", it means that the power is low, please change the batteries as soon
as possible.
• When the scales are overloaded, "EEEEE" will appear on the display
BATTERIES
• Use 2xCR2032 Battery
• When change the batteries, please open the battery cover on the back, insert 2x CR2032 Battery
• In the battery case (make the positive poles towards), then close the battery cover tightly.
ADVICE FOR USE AND CARE

• Put the scale on a clean and flat table.
• The max. weight of the scale is 5000g, which included the weight before tare.
• To ensure the life of the scale, do not put the scale under wet, hot & cold condition.
• The product belongs to high precision electronic weighing apparatus, please do not press or drop
the scale otherwise the scale is easy to damage.
• If the scale surface is dirty, please clean the scale with soft cloth, do not use any chemical
detergent and allow water to get inside the scale.
• The product is for small goods weighing only, do not use for legal trade.
• If the result appears improperly, please check about whether the batteries and the touching point
contact well. Replace for new batteries if used for a long time already, then try again. If necessary,
contact the local franchisers or telephone company.
CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THIS PRODUCT
This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed with other household
wastes throughout the EU.
To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste
disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. To
return your used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer
where the product was purchased. They can take this product for

Bergner Europe S.L. guarantees BERGNER appliance for a period of 3 years, provided it is used as
per the instructions on use herby attached.
The product you acquire is intended to be used only in standard home, thus guarantee does not
include use in professional establishments, bad use, or abnormal wear not according to the care tips
provided.
If you find your product defective during the guarantee period, the owner may send the product well-
identified with name and contact phone, with postage paid to: Bergner Europe S.L, Carretera del
Aeropuerto, Kilómetro. 4, Edificio San Lamberto, Planta 3, 50011 Zaragoza, España.
Bergner Europe S.L will then examine the product, and if it is found to be defective, BERGNER will
replace the product for a new one, or, a similar product if it is no longer available.
This guarantee will be valid only against the presentation of dated proof of purchase and this
guaranteed card and the purchase receipt of the product.
