Charging the Battery
The battery can only be charged while it is installed in the MOBIC.
To charge a battery, follow the steps outlined below:
1. Connect the power supply unit to your MOBIC.
2. Connect the power supply unit to the main power supply.
Charging
The battery charge level is indicated by the battery icon in the status bar when the device is on.
If the battery is fully discharged, charging takes approximately 5.5 hours.
Charging is indicated by the red status LED.
The MOBIC monitors the battery so that it cannot be overcharged.
Charge Level Indicators
The charge level of the battery is displayed only when disconnected from the power supply unit. The charge level of the battery is
displayed by the battery symbol in the status bar of the system.
You can check the charge level of the battery when the device is on as follows:
1. Open the Control Panel (Start –> Settings –> Control Panel)
2. Start the "Power" program.
In the "Battery" tab, you will see the status of the main battery and backup battery.
You can also display this menu by double-tapping the battery icon in the status bar of the system.
