SHORT DESCRIPTION
This fully transistorized device is equipped with a high-
power horn. The directional characteristic of the built-in
microphone guarantees the greatest possible freedom of
feedback. The plastic parts of the megaphone are made of
ABS and therefore extremely light, yet scratch and impact
resistant.
The push-button with which the megaphone is switched, is
located in the upper end of the pistol grip and can be easily
operated with the index finger, while at the same time with
the thumb on the other side of the handle, the volume can
be regulated.
The switch for the siren signal is located on the bottom
of the case and can also be easily operated with the
thumb of the same hand.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
In order to suppress as much as possible the feedback
sounds (howling, whistling, etc.) that occur with each mega-
phone, it is necessary to discuss the microphone as close as
possible, loud, clear and clear.
Then adjust the volume control so that it is close to the
feedback noise. This will vary from case to case, due to the
environment and sound reflections, but also the nature of
your voice, noise, etc.

KURZBESCHREIBUNG
Dieses volltransistorisierte Gerät ist mit einem bündelungs-
starken Schalltrichter ausgestattet. Die Richtcharakteristik
des eingebauten Mikrophones garantiert die größtmögliche
Rückkoppelungsfreiheit. Die Kunstoffteile des Megaphones
sind aus ABS geformt und somit äußerst leicht, aber trotz-
dem kratz- und schlagfest.
Die Sprechtaste mit der das Megaphon geschaltet wird,
befindet sich im oberem Ende des Pistolengriffes und kann
mit dem Zeigefinger bequem bedient werden, während sich
gleichzeitig mit dem Daumen auf der anderen Seite des
Griffes die Lautstärke regulieren läßt.
Der Schalter für das Sirenen-Signal befindet sich an der
Gehäuse-Unterseite und kann ebenfalls leicht mit dem
Daumen derselben Hand bedient werden.
BEDIENHINWEISE
Um die bei jedem Megaphon auftretenden Rückkoppe-
lungsgeräusche (Heulen, Pfeifen, etc.) möglichst zu unter-
drücken, ist es nötig, das Mikrophon so nah wie möglich zu
besprechen, und zwar laut, klar und deutlich.
Dann stellen Sie den Lautstärkeregler so ein, dass er kurz
vor Auftreten des Rückkoppelungsgeräusches ist. Dies wird
von Fall zu Fall verschieden sein, bedingt durch die Umge-
bung und Schallreflektionen, aber auch durch die Art Ihrer
Stimme, Nebengeräusche etc.
