Operation
ACTIVATION FROM THE STANDBY MODE

Notice: The switching operation can only be carried out in the standby mode.
Choose the unit "KG", "LB" or "ST" before the operation.
1) Only weight:
Place the scale on a solid level floor. Step on the scale steadily. The figure
showing your weight will flash and be locked. The figure will remain on the
LCD for 15 seconds, then the scale switches off.
2) Set user parameters:
1. User ID setting: In the standby state, press the "SET" key. The display will
show "P0" flashing. Press the arrow key "DOWN" or "UP" to select the one
of the 10 user IDs (P0–P9).
2. Height setting: Press the "SET" key to confirm the gender and enter the
height setting mode. Press the arrow key "DOWN" or "UP" to set the height
(100–220 cm). You can press the "SET" key to confirm the height.
3. Age setting: Press the "SET" key to confirm the height and enter the age
setting mode. Press the arrow key "DOWN" or "UP" to set the age(18–100).
You can press the "SET" key to confirm the age.
4. Gender setting: Press the "SET" to confirm the user ID and enter the
gender setting mode. Press the arrow key "DOWN" or "UP" to choose the
male or female symbol. The LCD will show "0.00". All settings are displayed
for 2 seconds.
3) Measurement of body fat:
When the LCD shows "0.0", step barefoot on the scale, keep the sole of your
feet on the two electrode plates in full contact. Stand steadily in the middle
of scale and start the weighing. After weighing, the figure on the LCD
showing your weight will stop flashing and be locked. The weight will be
displayed for 3 seconds. Then the body fat percentage, body water content,
somatic muscle content, skeletal proportions and calorie recommendation
will each be displayed for 3 seconds. This is repeated twice, and then the
scale will switch off automatically.
Attention
Avoid loading something on the scale if you leave it unused so as to save
battery power.
Keep your feet in the middle of the scale to avoid slipping.
Keep your body steady on the scale so that your weight is measured correctly
and smoothly.
Do not knock heavily on the scale.

Käyttö
AKTIVOINTI VALMIUSTILASTA

Huomautus: Päälle kytkeminen onnistuu vain valmiustilasta. Valitse ennen
käyttöä mittayksikkö: KG, LB tai ST.
1) Vain paino:
Aseta vaaka tasaiselle lattialle. Asetu vaa'alle molemmin jaloin. Painolukema
vilkkuu, kunnes punnitus on valmis. Lukema näkyy näytössä 15 sekunnin
ajan, minkä jälkeen vaaka kytkeytyy pois päältä.
2) Käyttäjäparametrien asetus:
1. Käyttäjätunnuksen asetus: Paina valmiustilassa SET-painiketta. Näytössä
vilkkuu "P0". Valitse yksi kymmenestä käyttäjätunnuksesta (P0–P9)
nuolipainikkeella ALAS tai YLÖS.
2. Pituuden asetus: Vahvista sukupuoli SET-painikkeella ja siirry pituuden
asetustilaan. Aseta pituus (100–220 cm) nuolipainikkeella ALAS tai YLÖS.
Voit vahvistaa pituuden SET-painikkeella.
3. Iän asetus: Vahvista pituus SET-painikkeella ja siirry iän asetustilaan. Aseta
ikä (18–100) nuolipainikkeella ALAS tai YLÖS. Voit vahvistaa iän SET-
painikkeella.
4. Sukupuolen asetus: Vahvista käyttäjätunnus SET-painikkeella ja
siirry sukupuolen asetustilaan. Valitse miehen tai naisen symboli
nuolipainikkeella ALAS tai YLÖS. Nestekidenäytössä näkyy "0,00". Kaikki
asetukset näkyvät kahden sekunnin ajan.
3) Kehonkoostumuksen mittaus:
Kun nestekidenäytössä näkyy "0,0", asetu vaa'alle paljain jaloin ja pidä
molemmat jalkapohjasi kunnolla painettuina elektrodilevyjä vasten. Seiso
tukevasti keskellä vaakaa ja aloita punnitus. Kun punnitus on valmis, näytössä
näkyvä painolukema lakkaa vilkkumasta. Paino näkyy kolmen sekunnin
ajan. Sen jälkeen näytössä näkyvät vuorotellen kolmen sekunnin ajan kehon
rasvapitoisuus, vesipitoisuus, lihasmassa, luumassa ja kalorisuositus. Kaikki
arvot näytetään kahdesti, minkä jälkeen vaaka kytkeytyy automaattisesti pois
päältä.
Huomautus
Paristojen virran säästämiseksi älä säilytä vaa'an päällä mitään esineitä.
Pidä jalat keskellä vaakaa liukastumisen välttämiseksi.
Seiso vaa'alla tukevasti molemmin jaloin, jotta punnitus tapahtuu oikein ja
sujuvasti.
Älä kohdista vaakaan voimakkaita iskuja.
