Customer Support Email. You will get a chance to upgrade one year warranty to two years for free!
The scope of the warranty
If a malfunction occurs due to our responsibility during the warranty period, we will replace or
repair the defective part of the product free of charge.
* However, in the following cases, it does not belong to the scope of this warranty.
Details are as follows:
(1)Damage or malfunction caused by natural disasters (earthquakes, fires, lightning strikes,
floods, wars, terrorism and other natural disasters);
(2)Failures caused by inappropriate conditions, environment, handling, use, etc. other than
those described in the instruction manual or specifications.
(3)Return caused by personal subjective factors
(4)Repair the product without contacting customer support
(5)Missing warranty information card
12 months from the date of purchase.
