4.Troubleshooting
Symptoms, possible causes, solutions
LED stripe does not work:
Check the plugged connection of stripe and controller (Notice the marking!
">" and "+" need to be congruent!)
Remote control does not work:
Remove battery protection film, check, if battery is laid-in correctly or if
battery is charged.
No connection between controller and remote control:
Please make sure the antenna lies free and the distance 6 to 7
is not exceeded.
3M adhesive tape does not stick correctly:
Make sure the surface where to stick the tape on is free of dirt and
other impurities.
If the product still cannot be put into operation, please contact the
retailer who sold the article
Hereby we prohibit the user to open the power supply, controller
or any other electronic components in connection with this product.
Damages caused by improper use invalidate the warranty agreement.
Furthermore we assume no liability for arising consequential damages.
Please keep the product away from children!
We assume no liability for personal or material damages that result from
improper use or non-observance of the instruction manual.

5.Exclusion of liability

• Make sure the power supply plug (IP20) and power outlet is not exposed
to moisture.
• The socket where to connect the power plug (IP20) needs to be easily
reachable
• Do not use the product in rooms with flammable gases, steam or intense
dust generation. Risk of explosion!
• The product must not be exposed to extreme temperatures, strong vibrations
or huge mechanic strain.
• The product is only suitable for moderate, non tropical climate zones.
• The power plug is not waterproof (IP20). It must not get damp or wet!
• Attention, LED light: Never look directly or with optical instruments into
the ray or light.
• A damaged power supply may only be replaced by an equal power supply
(Same output voltage, output current).
