    Agglutination erforderlichen Zeit. NKUBATION Viele Bluttestverfahren erfordern eine Inkubation bei 37 °C vor und nach der Zentrifugation. Der Rotor der SERO 12 wurde so konstruiert, dass diese Reaktionen ohne Entnahme der Röhrchen inkubiert werden können. Der gesamte Rotor kann für die Durchführung von Tests in ein Wasserbad abgesenkt werden. Wird der Rotor wieder aus dem Wasserbad herausgenommen, kann das Wasser durch die Perforationen im Rotorboden ablaufen.
