The Bluetooth Receiver does not turn on
Press and hold the power button to try again.
Charge the Bluetooth Receiver for at least 5 minutes
before trying again.
Does not play
Check if the Bluetooth Receiver is connected to your
device. If connected, disconnect the Bluetooth
connection and reconnect. Check whether the AUX
cable or adapter is plugged in properly.
Does not charge
The charging cable or adapter may not be working
properly. Make sure that the charging cable is properly
connected and that the adapter is working properly.
