the glossy side of the paper to avoid

printing quality, and ensure that the
glossy side of the paper is upward;
When placing the ZINK paper, place
the Smart Sheet barcode down at
the bottom and lay it flat inside the
machine.
You can only fit up to 10 sheets of

During printing, do not cover the
paper outlet or touch the paper, as

not forcefully pull the paper to avoid

If there is paper jam in printing, just

restart the printer according to the
prompt of App, and the paper jam will
be automatically cleared. Please do
not try to pull out the paper jam.
