B. When someone else wants to add the product to
their phone.
C. When you change your Wi-Fi status, such as
changing Wi-Fi name or password or replace your
router.

How to reset the strip light?

Method 1:
Press power button for at
least 5 seconds until strip
light starts blinking in red.
This will reset the device to
pairing mode.Then add
device to App again.
Method 2:
Quickly Press Wi-Fi button
on remote for three times in
less than 1.5 second until
strip light starts blinking in
red. This will reset the device
to pairing mode. Then add
device to App again.
