Intended Use

❐ The appliance is designed for cleaning all kind of surfaces.
❐ Do not use the appliance to take up liquids or wet dirt; this applies in particular to highly
inflammable or combustible liquids. Do not take up glowing or burning ashes, matches or
cigarettes.
❐ Do not use the appliance on deep-pile carpets and rough floors (e. g. made of concrete).
❐ This appliance is not a toy! Keep children and animals away from the appliance.
❐ The appliance is conceived for private use, not for commercial use.
❐ Only use the appliance as described in these instructions. Any other use is deemed improper.

❐ Keep your fingers, hair and clothing away from the rotating cleaning brushes.
the Proper Handling of the Appliance, the charger and the
rechargeable Battery
❐ Always check the appliance, the charger and the rechargeable battery for damage before use.
If the appliance, the charger, the rechargeable battery or the battery compartment show
visible signs of damage, the appliance, the charger and the rechargeable battery must not be
used. Do not use the appliance, the charger and the rechargeable battery after a malfunction
or a drop.
❐ If the appliance, the charger or the rechargeable battery have a fault, do not attempt to repair
them yourself. In the event of damage please contact the customer service department.
❐ You should use only the charger supplied in order to recharge the battery.
❐ The charger must only be connected to mains sockets that have been properly installed. The
mains socket must still be accessible after the connection has been made. The mains supply
must comply with the technical data for the appliance (see the "Technical Data" chapter).
