ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO VOLO 180°
Scegliere la zona d'installazione del supporto TV considerando l'escursione della rotazione del supporto sia a destra che a sinistra, assicurandosi che il peso della TV non ecceda quello
indicato e che la parete interessata all'applicazione sia di calcestruzzo o mattoni pieni. Per le pareti di altri materiali consultare un installatore di vostra fiducia.
Nel caso di pareti in calcestruzzo o mattoni pieni, individuato il punto in cui fissare la base, posizionarla come indicato in Fig.1 (ATTENZ: IL FORO SINGOLO DEVE
ESSERE POSIZIONATO IN BASSO). Procedere effettuando un foro preliminare di 5 mm in corrispondenza del foro singolo in basso allargarlo, quindi, ad 8 mm con
profondità 60 mm.
Fissare la base in posizione verticale con il relativo tassello, aiutandosi con una livella. Segnare con una matita gli altri tre fori, quindi forare con una punta di
diametro 5 mm e, in seguito, allargare a 8 mm con profondità 60 mm. Inserire i rimanenti tre tasselli e fissare la base (Fig. 2) utilizzando un giravite.
Se tutto è stato eseguito correttamente si può ora montare la BARRA ruotante,la quale deve essere inserita nella BASE fino a battuta sulla testa della vite in basso (Fig.3),completare
l'operazione applicando i TAPPI terminali (Fig.7).
Ora occorre fissare la TRAVERSA anteriormente alla BARRA ruotante mediante le apposite viti con dadi, ricordandosi d'inserire 2 distanziali di spessore di 5 mm nelle 2 viti superiori
per ottenere un'inclinazione in avanti del TV (Fig.4), stringere le viti con dadi quando la livella è in piano (OK).
Appoggiare il TV dal lato dello schermo su un piano liscio coperto da un panno morbido. Individuare sul retro i fori predisposti dal costruttore per il fissaggio, collocarci sopra le due
STAFFE di dimensione piu' adatta alla propria TV, orientando gli agganci dalla parte superiore (ALTO) (Fig.5), avvitare e stringere le viti (Fig.6a) (versione con STAFFE piccole Fig.6b)
se necessario utilizzare delle rondelle fornite, per compensare eventuali scalini o bassifondi (Fig.5). Dopodiché avvitare per circa 4 mm le 2 viti di blocco nella parte inferiore interna
alle staffe.
Controllata la rotazione si può ora agganciare il TV alla TRAVERSA (Fig.7) portandolo in posizione centrale. Se l'inclinazione del TV non soddisfa si può variarla leggermente cambiando
lo spessore dei 2 distanziali con delle rondelle.
Per evitare un possibile sganciamento del TV, avvitare le viti di blocco fino a battuta,senza stringere eccessivamente (Fig. 8). Fissare poi alla BARRA i cavi che vanno al TV con delle
fascette o nastro adesivo in modo che non ostacolino le rotazioni.
Questo prodotto contiene piccole parti, durante il montaggio assicurarsi di tenere i componenti fuori dalla portata dei bambini. Rispettare sempre il carico massimo
indicato per il prodotto. Non idoneo ad ambienti esterni.
Per la pulizia utilizzare un panno asciutto morbido. Il fabbricante non si assume alcuna responsabilità per anomalie dovute ad un impiego diverso da quello indicato nelle istruzioni.
Lo scontrino fiscale o la fattura di acquisto sono gli unici documenti che danno diritto alla garanzia e devono essere presentati al momento della richiesta di intervento. La Europe
net s.r.l. garantisce che, in caso di difetti causati da errori di produzione o difetti del materiale, il prodotto verrà riparato o, se necessario, sostituito gratuitamente. Dalla garanzia è
esplicitamente esclusa la normale usura.
La garanzia decade in caso di:
- Montaggio, utilizzo non appropriato o peso superiore a quello indicato
- Rottura delle viti di fissaggio della base dovuta ad un'eccessiva torsione con avvitatore elettrico
- In caso siano state apportate modifiche al prodotto.
- Il difetto sia imputabile a cause esterne (agenti atmosferici, temperature troppo basse o troppo alte, solventi, agenti chimici, graffiature).
VOLO 180° - ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Choose the area for installation of the TV stand by considering the range of rotation of the stand to the right and left, making sure that the weight of the TV does not exceed that
indicated and that the wall to be installed is made of concrete or solid brick. In case of walls made of other materials, consult an installer of your choice.
In case of concrete or solid brick walls, once you have identified the point in which to fix the base, position it as shown in Fig.1 (ATTENTION: THE SINGLE HOLE
MUST BE POSITIONED AT THE BOTTOM). Proceed by drilling a preliminary 5 mm hole at the bottom single hole, then enlarge it to 8 mm with a depth of 60 mm.
Fix the base in a vertical position with the dowel, using a spirit level. Mark the other three holes with a pencil, then drill through with a 5 mm diameter drill bit and
enlarge to 8 mm with a depth of 60 mm. Insert the remaining three dowels and secure the base (Fig. 2) using a screwdriver.
If everything has been done correctly, the rotating BAR can now be fitted, which must be inserted into the BASE up to the bottom screw head (Fig.3), complete the operation by
fitting the end caps (Fig.7).
Now fasten the CRAFT at the front to the rotating BAR using the appropriate screws with nuts, remembering to insert 2 spacers 5 mm thick in the 2 upper screws to obtain a forward
tilt of the TV (Fig.4), tighten the screws with nuts when the level is level (OK).
Place the TV from the screen side on a smooth surface covered with a soft cloth. Locate on the back the holes provided by the manufacturer for fixing, place the two BRACKETS of
the most suitable size for your TV on them, orientating the hooks from the top (HIGH) (Fig.5), tighten and tighten the screws (Fig.6a) (version with small BRACKETS Fig.6b) if nec-
essary use the washers provided, to compensate for any steps or shallows (Fig.5). Then tighten the 2 locking screws on the lower part inside the brackets by approximately 4 mm.
Once the rotation has been checked, the TV can now be hooked onto the CROSSBAR (Fig.7), bringing it into the central position. If the inclination of the TV is not satisfactory, you
can vary it slightly by changing the thickness of the 2 spacers with washers.
To prevent the TV from coming loose, tighten the locking screws as far as they will go, without over-tightening (Fig. 8). Then fasten the cables going to the TV to the BAR with cable
ties or adhesive tape so that they do not hinder rotation.
This product contains small parts, be sure to keep the components out of the reach of children during assembly. Always observe indicated maximum load. Not suitable for outdoor use.
Use a soft dry cloth for cleaning. The manufacturer does not accept any liability for faults caused by use other than that indicated in the instructions.
Tax receipt or purchase invoice are the only documents giving entitlement to the guarantee and must be presented at the time of application. Europe net s.r.l. guarantees that, in
case of defects caused by production errors or material defects, the product will be repaired or, if necessary, replaced free of charge.
Normal wear and tear is explicitly excluded from the warranty.
The warranty is void in case of:
- Assembly, improper use or weight exceeding the indicated weight
- Breakage of the base fixing screws due to excessive torsion with electric screwdriver
- Modification of the product
- Defects due by external causes (atmospheric agents, too low or too high temperatures, solvents, chemical agents, scratches).

Wählen Sie den Aufstellungsort für den TV-Ständer unter Berücksichtigung des Drehbereichs des Ständers nach rechts und links und stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gewicht des Fernsehers
das angegebene Gewicht nicht überschreitet und dass die zu installierende Wand aus Beton oder Vollziegel besteht.
Bei Wänden aus anderen Materialien wenden Sie sich bitte an einen Installateur Ihrer Wahl. Bei Wänden aus Beton oder Vollziegeln positionieren Sie den Sockel,
nachdem Sie den Befestigungspunkt ermittelt haben, wie in Abb. 1 dargestellt (ACHTUNG: DIE EINZELNE BOHRUNG MUSS UNTEN ANGELEGT SEIN). Bohren Sie zu-
nächst ein 5 mm großes Loch in das untere Einzelloch und vergrößern Sie es dann auf 8 mm mit einer Tiefe von 60 mm.
Fixieren Sie den Sockel mit dem Dübel und einer Wasserwaage in einer vertikalen Position. Markieren Sie die anderen drei Löcher mit einem Bleistift, bohren Sie sie
mit einem Bohrer mit 5 mm Durchmesser durch und vergrößern Sie sie auf 8 mm mit einer Tiefe von 60 mm. Setzen Sie die restlichen drei Dübel ein und befestigen
Sie den Sockel (Abb. 2) mit einem Schraubendreher.
Wenn alles richtig gemacht wurde, kann nun die drehbare Stange angebracht werden, die bis zum unteren Schraubenkopf in den Sockel eingeführt werden muss (Abb. 3), schließen Sie
den Vorgang mit der Montage der Endkappen ab (Abb. 7).
Befestigen Sie nun die CRAFT an der Vorderseite mit den entsprechenden Schrauben und Muttern an der drehbaren Stange und denken Sie daran, zwei 5 mm dicke Abstandshalter in
die beiden oberen Schrauben einzusetzen, um eine Vorwärtsneigung des Fernsehers zu erreichen (Abb. 4). Ziehen Sie die Schrauben und Muttern fest, wenn die Ebene eben ist (OK).
Legen Sie das Fernsehgerät mit der Bildschirmseite auf eine glatte, mit einem weichen Tuch bedeckte Fläche. Auf der Rückseite die vom Hersteller für die Befestigung vorgesehenen
Löcher ausfindig machen, die beiden RACKEN mit der für Ihr Fernsehgerät am besten geeigneten Größe anbringen, dabei die Haken von oben (HIGH) ausrichten (Abb.5), die Schrauben
anziehen und festziehen (Abb.6a) (Version mit kleinen RACKEN Abb.6b), ggf. die mitgelieferten Unterlegscheiben verwenden, um eventuelle Stufen oder Untiefen auszugleichen (Abb.5).
Ziehen Sie dann die 2 Sicherungsschrauben am unteren Teil im Inneren der Halterungen um etwa 4 mm an.
Nachdem die Drehung überprüft wurde, kann das Fernsehgerät an der CROSSBAR eingehängt werden (Abb. 7), um es in die zentrale Position zu bringen. Wenn die Neigung des Fern-
sehers nicht zufriedenstellend ist, können Sie sie leicht variieren, indem Sie die Dicke der beiden Abstandshalter mit Unterlegscheiben verändern.
Um zu verhindern, dass sich das Fernsehgerät löst, ziehen Sie die Sicherungsschrauben bis zum Anschlag an, ohne sie zu überdrehen (Abb. 8). Befestigen Sie dann die Kabel, die zum
Fernsehgerät führen, mit Kabelbindern oder Klebeband an der Stange, so dass sie die Drehung nicht behindern.
Dieses Produkt enthält Kleinteile. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Komponenten während des Zusammenbaus für Kinder unzugänglich sind. Beachten Sie immer die
angegebene maximale Belastung. Nicht für den Einsatz im Freien geeignet.
Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung ein weiches, trockenes Tuch. Der Hersteller übernimmt keine Haftung für Fehler, die durch einen anderen als den in der Anleitung angegebenen
Gebrauch verursacht werden.
Steuerquittung oder Kaufrechnung sind die einzigen Dokumente, die Anspruch auf die Garantie geben und müssen bei der Antragstellung vorgelegt werden. Europe net s.r.l. ga-
rantiert, dass im Falle von Mängeln, die auf Produktionsfehler oder Materialfehler zurückzuführen sind, das Produkt kostenlos repariert oder gegebenenfalls ersetzt wird.
Normaler Verschleiß ist ausdrücklich von der Garantie ausgeschlossen.
Die Garantie erlischt im Falle von:
- Montage, unsachgemäßem Gebrauch oder Gewicht, das das angegebene Gewicht überschreitet
- Bruch der Befestigungsschrauben des Sockels durch übermäßige Torsion mit einem elektrischen Schraubenzieher
- Modifikation des Produkts oder Mängel, die auf äußere Ursachen zurückzuführen sind (Witterungseinflüsse, zu niedrige oder zu hohe Temperaturen, Lösungsmittel, chemische Mittel, Kratzer).
