DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Please read all the instructions first.
To use, plug your BellyBuds into any standard digital music player. You have two options on how to wear them:
1) Without Adhesive - simply tuck them into your maternity pants or pregnancy support
garment.
2) With Adhesive - use the included SafeBond Adhesives to secure them to your belly.
(Clean skin thoroughly of all lotions and oils prior to each application.)

Using the SafeBond adhesives:
1) Peeling from the center, carefully remove just the top layer of paper. See Figure 1
2) Press BellyBuds firmly onto each of the exposed adhesives. (Alternatively, you may
choose to center the exposed adhesive over the BellyBuds and press together firmly. See
Figure 2)

3) Slowly peel the BellyBuds (along with the attached adhesive) away from the transparent
sheet. See Figure 3 Do not discard transparent sheet, place the BellyBuds back onto it
between uses.
4) Place firmly on your belly. See Figure 4

When it's time for new adhesives, simply grab the pull-tab to peel the used adhesive from
the BellyBuds and discard. Repeat steps above with new adhesives.

FOR BEST RESULTS
1) Clean skin thoroughly all the lotions and oils prior to each application.
2) The adhesives are designed for multiple uses. Eventually, due to the oils in your skin, the adhesives will begin
to lose tackiness. When this occurs, run a wet finger over its surface to remove oils, and allow it to dry before
re-applying.
3) We recommend placing your BellyBuds on your belly and leaving them in one spot for the entirety of one
session until you remove them; taking them off and replacing them excessively will wear away the tackiness.
4) The BellyBuds should be returned to the transparent sheet between uses and should not come in contact with
any other surface other than skin.

Pour l'utiliser, branchez vos BellyBuds dans tout appareil pouvant jouer de la musique numérique standard. Vous
avez alors deux options sur la façon de les porter:
1) Sans Adhesif - il suffit de le glisser dans votre pantalon de maternité ou votre vêtement de
support de grossesse.
2) Avec Adhesive - utiliser le Safebond Adhésifs inclus pour
les fixez à votre ventre. (Nettoyez la peau en profondeur de toutes lotions et huiles avant
chaque application.)

Utilisation des adhésifs SafeBond:
1) Retirez depuis le centre, soigneusement juste la couche supérieure de papier. Voir la Image 1
2) Appuyez BellyBuds fermement sur chacun des adhésifs exposés. (Sinon, vous pouvez
choisir de centrer l'adhésif exposé Sur les BellyBuds et appuyez-les fermement ensemble.

Verwendung der SafeBond Klebemittel:
1) Ziehen Sie von der Mitte her und entfernen Sie sorgfältig nur die obere Schicht Papier.

2) Drücken Sie BellyBuds fest auf jedes der offengelegten Klebemittel. (Alternativ dazu
können Sie den freiliegenden Klebstoff über BellyBuds zentrieren und dann fest zusammen
drücken. Siehe Bild 2)

3) Ziehen Sie BellyBuds langsam (zusammen mit dem beigefügten Kleber) von der
transparenten Folie ab. Siehe Bild 3. Werfen Sie die transparente Folie nicht weg, legen
Sie BellyBuds auf sie zurück, wenn Sie es nicht verwenden.
4) Legen Sie es fest auf Ihren Bauch. Siehe Bild 4
Wenn es Zeit für neuen Klebstoff wird, ziehen Sie einfach an der Ziehlasche und ziehen

VOLUME LIMITER
First, please notice the "lower" and "higher" volume icons located on the volume limiter.
The "lower" icon has a lower maximum volume level and is sufficient to deliver music safely to a baby in the
womb.
The "higher" icon has a higher maximum volume level and is useful when playing softer sounds such as voice
messages or soft music.
Both settings ensure a maximum level of sound that is safe for a baby in the womb. As every body type is
different, we encourage you to play BellyBuds at a level that is ultimately most comfortable for you.
AUDIO SPLITTER
For shared listening:
a) Plug into audio device
b) Connect to adult headphones
c) Connect to BellyBuds
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1) This product is intended for the expectant mother's use only.
2) Keep away from children. Bellybuds is not a toy and may present a choking hazard.
3) Do not use amplifiers or high-powered home or car stereo equipment with this device.
4) Scientific studies suggest that BellyBuds should be played at a moderate volume level for best results. See
our website for details.
5) We recommend you limit your use of BellyBuds to 1 hour a day and consult your physician before beginning
any new prenatal practice.
6) If skin irritation develops, stop using the device and consult your medical professional.
7) The effects of cell phone radiation are inconclusive. As a matter of safety, we recommend not using a cell
phone, computer, or any other radio transmitting device on or within 6 inches of your womb while using
BellyBuds.
8) Follow all manufacturers' safety precautions when using another manufacturer's device in conjunction with
BellyBuds.
9) BellyBuds are not intended and should not be used as a substitute for regular prenatal care by an appropriate
medical practitioner. Please consult your doctor prior to using BellyBuds.
10) Do not wear BellyBuds when experiencing any pain, or when going into labor.
