- Seite 8 Schneideinsätze W (Würfel) oder BT (Bâtonnets) Sogenannte Schneideinsätze bestehen aus 2 Teilen. Um Würfel oder Bâtonnets zu schneiden benötigen Sie den entsprechenden 2-teiligen Schneideinsatz der hier im Beispiel des Würfels „W“ eingelegt wird. Zuerst Würfeleinsatz (Würfelgitter) oder BT-Einsatz einlegen Dann Würfelmesser oder Schneidscheibe BT zum entspr. Würfel-/BT-Einsatz auf die Antriebswelle aufsetzen.

Durch vorsichtiges und leichtes Drehen der Scheibe rastet diese besser in die Mitnehmerstifte an der Antriebswelle ein und sitzt korrekt „oben bündig“ mit der Antriebswelle. - Seite 10 Richtiges Schneiden von Gemüse Stellen Sie ein geeignetes Gefäss unter die Maschinen-Austrittsöffnung. Gastronormbehälter 150 mm hoch 2/3 oder 1/1 gross passen Ideal unter die Maschine. 1. Stösselplatte aus der nierenförmigen Einfüllöffnung herausziehen und beiseite „links“ schwenken. 2. Gemüse einfüllen. 3. Stösselplatte zurückschwenken bis zum Anschlag (d. h. Stösselplatte liegt auf dem Gemüse über dem nierenförmigen Einfüllstutzen).
- Seite 11 Reinigung der Gemüseschneidemaschine Der Aufsatzkopf kann zum Reinigen komplett entfernt werden. Der Stössel besteht aus einem einzigen Stück. Am unteren Ende befindet sich der Scharnierbolzen, welcher Aufsatzkopf, Stössel und Grundgerät im Scharniersystem zusammenhält. Führen Sie folgende Schritte durch: 1.
