Issue 4: Recurrent Heavy Load Protection at Initial Position Urination
Habits: Verify whether the cat tends to urinate close to the rake
teeth at the back of the sand basin. If so, guide the cat to use the
middle or front areas of the sand basin instead.
Pre-Operational Steps: Prior to restarting the machine, manually
remove the crystallized cat litter underneath the rake using the
provided shovel.
Issue 5: Discontinuous Return Travel and Audible Alerts
Anti-Pinch Device: If the machine's return travel is discontinuous,
accompanied by intermittent beeping, inspect the anti-pinch
device on the host for dirt or obstructions.
Cleaning: Remove any visible obstacles and clean the
transmitting and receiving probes of the anti-pinch device using a
towel.
Issue 6: Inadequate Cleaning Results
Poor Agglomeration:
If the cat waste fails to agglomerate effectively, leading to
incomplete removal, consider replacing your current cat litter with
a higher-quality variety featuring superior agglomeration
properties.
Insufficient Litter Quantity:
If too little cat litter is present, all the urine may condense at the
bottom in a pancake-like shape, making it difficult for the rake
teeth to effectively remove the waste. Add more cat litter as
needed.
