RESET THE DEVICE

If above opration fails, or the system ESWIFI network keeps being
secured, you need to reset the alarm device.
- Press the connection button and keep it pressed
- Press the SOS button on top of the device.
- The alarm device will beep 2 times and afterwards 3 times. this
means the device is fully reset.
A full rest means the system will remove all phone numbers and
added accessories.

DEVICE IS OFFLINE OR DOES NOT SHOW IN LIST

- Try opening port TCP 8400 in your router settings. More info :
No device ID
When you cannot retrieve the device ID from the app,
or the ESWIFI network seems to be secured, reset the
device connection

Press the connection button for about 3 seconds
until the device beeps 3 times.

In your Smartphone Wi-Fi connections search for
the ESWIFI network and look if the network is not
secured (open network)

Go back to step 4.
