Inserting a Glue Stick
Insert one glue stick into the rear end of the glue gun and push it
in as far as you can. Press the trigger to make sure that the stick
is solidly pressed against the heater unit.
Operation
1. Connect the unit to a power outlet and set the glue gun on its
wire support. The glue gun heats up with a power of 40 W and
then shifts to a heat holding mode of 15 W. Wait until some
glue is molten and appears in the nozzle. When the trigger is
pressed molten glue is forced out of the nozzle. If you
interrupt your work for longer than a few minutes, pull the
power cord.
2. Put some molten glue onto the dry, clean surface you want to
use and immediately press the work piece you want to glue
down into the molten glue. The glue solidifies almost
immediately and forms an instant bond. Press the glued parts
together for several seconds.
3. When the stick cannot be pushed any further by the trigger,
put in a new stick. The old stick remains in the gun until it has
been completely melted when using the unit next time.
Cleaning and Storing
 Before working on the tool, disconnect the plug from the
power.
 Clean the device only with a lightly dampened cloth. Never
immerse it in or spray it with water or liquids of any kind.
