ADJUSTMENT
1. Connect
instruments as shown in Fig. 12-2.
2. Load anormal
tape into the unit.
3. Adjust the variable resistors VR401 (left) and VR402 (right)
so that the electronic voltmeter
reads
11.0V.
For the
adjustment with use of other tapes, refer to Table 12-1.

PLAYBACK SENSITIVITY ADJUSTEMENT
1. Connect
instruments as shown in Fig. 12-3.
2. Turn
off the Dolby
NR
switch.
3. Load the unit with a test tape (TEAC
MTT-150, 400 Hz,
200
pWb/mm
prerecorded),
and place it in play mode.
4. Adjust
the
variable
resistors
VR501

RECORD/PLAYBACK SENSITIVITY ADJUSTMENT
1. Connect
instruments as shown in Fig. 12—4.
2. Turn
off the Dolby
NR
switch.
3. Load
the unit with
a normal
tape
(TEAC
MTT-502),
and
using CR
oscillator
apply a signal of oscillation
fre-
quency 1 kHz and adjust the CR oscillator output level so
that the voltmeter reads 10mvV.
4. Put
the
normal
tape recorded
in Step 3 into the unit,
and place the unit in play mode.
Then adjust the variable resistors VR503 (left) and VR504
(right)
so
that
the electronic
voltmeter
reads
10mV.
