Note: During use, the power indicator light keeps on and off constantly, indicating the set
temperature is being kept.
The timer is just a reminder. Even after it returns to "0", the appliance is still running.
7. When the cooking time expires, the timer returns to "0" automatically.
8. After use: Set the thermostat to "OFF" and power switch to "OFF" consecutively. Then disconnect
from the power supply.
Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
• Switch off and disconnect the appliance from the power supply. Allow to cool down before cleaning.
• Clean the interior of the appliance as often as possible.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning agents. These can leave harmful residues.
• For stains on the interior walls, wipe with a cloth damped with some mild soapy solution. Ensure no
moisture enters the inside of the cabinet.
• Always wipe dry after cleaning.
Cleaning the firestone
• Periodically remove the firestone from the oven for cleaning.
• Clean using warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry well.
• Re-locate the firestone in place.
Caution: Only clean the firestone after cooling down, or it may break.
Never use scouring pads or steel wool to avoid scratching the surface.
